Bacon Horseradish Dip
            Try this dip with French fries, fresh bread or as a topper on potatoes. 
            
                
                    
                        
                            
                                - Yields: 1 to 1 ½ cups (375 mL)
 
                            
                            
                                - Preparation: 5 minutes (not including time to cook bacon)
 
                            
                            
                            
                        
                        
                     
                    
                        
                        Ingredients
                        
                
                    
                    - 9 slices   bacon, cooked and crumbled
 
                    
                    - 1 cup (250mL)  GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
 
                    
                    - 1/3 cup (75mL)  light mayonnaise, or yogurt
 
                    
                    - 2 tbsp (25mL)  prepared horseradish
 
                    
                    - 1 tbsp (15mL)  lemon juice
 
                    
                    - 1/2 tsp (2mL)  Worcestershire sauce
 
                    
                    - 1/2 tsp (2mL)  salt (optional)
 
                    
        
        
                        
                     
                    
                        
                        Instructions
                        
 	- In bowl, stir together bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt (optional).
 
 	- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
 
 	- Bring to room temperature before serving.
