Jalapeño Horseradish Dip

Ingredients: 1 cup (250 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream; 1/2 cup (125 mL) Nordica 2%; 1 jalapeño pepper, (small), finely diced; salt; pepper

Try as a side dip with your sweet potato fries!

Preparation: 40 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup (250mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
1/2 cup (125mL) Nordica 2%
1 jalapeño pepper, (small), finely diced
salt
pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, jalapeño and horseradish. Stir well. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
