Jalapeño Horseradish Dip

Try as a side dip with your sweet potato fries!

  • Yields: 2 cups (500 mL)
  • Preparation: 40 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, jalapeño and horseradish. Stir well. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
