Smooth Berry Cheesecake Parfait

  • Yields: 20 samples (about 5 oz each)

Ingredients

  • 2 tub (450g) Nordica Smooth Plain, divided
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) maple syrup
  • 2 tsp (10mL) vanilla extract
  • 4 cups (1L) fresh mixed berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)*
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) graham cracker crumbs (approx.)**

Instructions

Equipment
  1. 1 x 8-cup measuring cups, 1 x 1 cup measure
  2. Tablespoon, teaspoon and spatula
  3. 16 oz squeeze bottles x 2 (per batch)
  4. Large bowl for fresh fruit
  5. Container or bowl for graham cracker crumbs
  6. 20 sample cups
Advance prep
  1. Blend Smooth with maple syrup and vanilla. Divide mixture between squeeze bottles.
  2. Wash, slice strawberries (if needed) and gently mix fruit.
Sample assembly
  1. Spoon 1 oz (30 mL) berries into cup.
  2. Add 3/4 oz (25 mL) Smooth filling into sample cups (about 3/4-inch deep).
  3. Repeat layers once.
  4. Top with 1 tsp (5 mL) graham crumbs.
  • *4 cups (1 L) fresh berries = approx. 600 g (depending on shape of berries used)
  • **1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbs = 60 g.
